If you have previously been in a IVA, this will remain on your credit file for 6 years. Lenders will have access to the information to know the current status of it and your honesty when applying for car finance will make it easier.
There are specific lenders that will offer finance if you have recently come out of an IVA, and others that will offer after you have started to build your credit record again and showing creditworthiness.
