In 2013, we were named South West Independent Garage of The Year, after being voted for this by our loyal customers and assessments to our business. This was a key milestone in the development of our company and we are proud that it shows our dedication to our customers and their needs.
In 2015 we became a Which? Trusted Trader approved, again, we are extremely proud to have such a strong brand confirming our service levels and customer satisfaction.
Which? Trusted Trader looks at our business, the services we provide, the satisfaction of our customers and ultimately how we run our business. We have to pass a accreditation process each year in order to maintain our accredited status.
In 2017, our business was inspected and approved by the Automobile Association (AA) and now follows a strict code of conduct which ensures customers get the best value for money & outstanding customer service and support.
In 2018 – we were re accredited with the AA after an inspection.
In 2019 – we became a RAC Accredited repair centre & carried out a high volume of RAC Warranty repair work
